High alumina dimple mosaic tiles are composed of a variety of high-purity ceramic materials.As liner,they will effectively prolong the service life of your equipment in the grain handling and mining industries.Besides, the protective ceramic linings can be used for chutes, hoppers, conveyors,fan housings, cylones, piping,feeders in the industries of coal, steel,cement, thermal power and etc.
>>> The wear resistant high alumina dimple mosaic tiles has the following properties and advantages:
1) Great Hardness
Have a Rockwell hardness of up to 90 which is well above that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2) Excellent wear resistance
Its wear-resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron.Under the same working conditions, the service life of pipes lined with high alumina ceramics can be prolonged at least 10 times.
3) Corrosion resistance
Its extremely high stability of molecular structure ensures its resistance to corrosion from various acid and alkali mediums.
4) Light weight
Its density is 3.6 g/cm3, only half of steel, making installation more convenient.
