High-density calcium sulfate floor is solidified by the processing of raw materials into calcium sulfate crystals, and using non-toxic plants unbleached fiber as reinforcement material after a pulse pressing operation made. Cover surface with HDL melamine anti-static veneer, PVC, tile, carpet, marble or natural rubber, plastic closing edge of the floor four weeks, the bottom floor are generally galvanized steel.

1, the use of environmental requirements, relative humidity: RH45-65%
2, floor wash water is prohibited.
3, prohibit hard, sharp squeeze, shock, scratches and facing plastic layer.
4, avoid direct sunlight to avoid discoloration of the finish layer premature aging.

The height of pedestal : 10 CM to 150 CM 6.Weight of Panel: About 18 -18.5 kgs More Feature: Mineral inert fireproof conglomerate made of calcium sulphate with optimum mechanical characteristics, density of 1450Kg/m3 and thickness 30mm. Made stronger by particular fibers, the material is extremely dense and compact so to allow the calcium sulphate panel to be very silent. Panels are based on a 600mm square module constructed around core. There are no limits to the application of any finishing on the panel. The bottom side can be sheltered by an aluminum foil, galvanized steel sheet or coated steel sheet. The panel edges are then eliminated with self-extinguishing, non-creaking black plastic materials which provides protection to the core and surface covering. Electrical continuity is provided through the panel construction to the steel base and hence to the pedestals.
