We ship the goods by 20' and 40HQ container Usually one 20 feet container can load about 50-60 square meters' house, 40HQ container can load about 120-140 square meters' house 3. What's your Payment term? 50% deposit by TT in advance, 50% TT balance before loading; or 100% LC at sight 4. Would you send engineer to help us to install the houses? Absolutely yes, we will send our engineer to guide you to install the houses and train well your staffs. 5. Would you help us to buy the facilities such as decoration material, water, electric & roof system material? Yes, we are very glad to help you to buy all of them, to make sure everything is right and fit for your houses. 6. How fast to install a house? 90% house materials have been finished well at factory, so only need to connect the materials into a whole house after receiving. Normally our 5 workers as a team could finish the house main body structure of 50m2 foam cement house in 3 houses, please don't worry our engineer will help you to train your worker to install better and faster to save your cost. |
