Chemshun Ceramics can offer kinds of engineered alumina ceramic pipe liner lined in steel pipe.Typical pipe liner includes alumina straight pipe liner , bend pipe tube and pipe tile liner . We have pipe tile liner like curved pipe tile liner , trapezoidal pipe tile , inter-lock pipe tile linings. They can suit all applications like pipe lengths and pipe bends,typical application is as cyclone liner . Pipe tile liner is much flexible and cost effective than ceramic pipe tube . Chemshun alumina pipe liner thickness includes 13mm, 25mm , 50mm.

Aim for servicing with the global maket, we established a new factory in 2008 which mainly supplys the high alumina wear resistant product and the high quality catalyst support media. In 2016year we establish a new producing line special for 99.5%Al2O3 and 99% Alumina balls.
Has strong research and production capability, with an annual production capacity of 5000 tons of wear-resistance product (grinding balls & lining bricks, alumina plate, alumina mosaic product), 1500m3 catatalyst support /covering materials (inert ceramic balls, 99alumina balls, ceramic honeycomb materials) and 1500m3 various chemical packing.
