Product Details:High alumina industry ceramic tile with hole provide excellent abrasion and impact resistance for industrial friction equipment because chemshun weldable tile first stick on the surface equipment by epoxy resin then welded on the steel surface.
In frequently-used as wear liner for hopper, cyclone , Chute ,separator, bunker, impellers and agitators, fan blades and fan casings, chain conveyors, mixers etc, Typical markets include grain, coal-fired power generation, mining, cement, and more.It is easily welded installation to machine no matter extremely high or low temperature working environment, also best wear resistant choice for dynamic operation equipment.

Aim for servicing with the global maket, we established a new factory in 2008 which mainly supplys the high alumina wear resistant product and the high quality catalyst support media. In 2016year we establish a new producing line special for 99.5%Al2O3 and 99% Alumina balls.
Has strong research and production capability, with an annual production capacity of 5000 tons of wear-resistance product (grinding balls & lining bricks, alumina plate, alumina mosaic product), 1500m3 catatalyst support /covering materials (inert ceramic balls, 99alumina balls, ceramic honeycomb materials) and 1500m3 various chemical packing.
