1. Product Instruction:

1)Basalt Colored Sand:
Hongyuan Asphalt Shingles use the high-quality French color Lin(domestic Jiangyin Company) basalt particles. Through the vitrified and colored technology under 800 degree centigrade, it can guarantee bright color of asphalt shingles and not to fade. And its excellent UV-resistance and anti-aging function keep a long service life of entire tile.
2)Guarantee the quality of oxidized liquild asphalt:
Hongyuan ensures to use oxidized liquid asphalt in the whole producing process of fiberglass asphalt shingles, and is the only domestic enterprise using oxidized liquid asphalt to produce asphalt shingles. This ensures the Hongyuan asphalt shingles have the longest service life.
3)Fiberglass:
Fiberglass is the skeleton of the entire tile. Hongyuan asphalt shingles uses the 100g/m2 horizontal and vertical reinforced fiberglass felt, imported from Johns Manville Company (the largest manufacturer of glass fiber in the world), greatly enhancing lateral and longitudinal tension of our asphalt shingles, which can make asphalt shingles on the roof keep better dimensional stability. This greatly extends the service life and aesthetic effects of asphalt shingles.
4)Hongyuan Mosaic type asphalt shingles set on the back of cards set thicker asphalt rubber adhesive coating with high heat resistance and strong adhesion properties, which can ensure strong adhesive between the grassroots level and tiles, and enhance the wind resistance function of the whole tile roof system.
