AAC IntroductionAAC (Autoclave Aerated Concrete) is a new type building material where the raw materials are siliceous materials (fly-ash, sand, slag), calcareous materials (lime, cement and gypsum) and Aluminium powder.
AAC product has been widely used in industrial and civil construction. AAC product can be divided into AAC block and AAC plate.AAC Block is short for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block. which is also called ALC Block. It is lightweight and loadbearing and made from silica sand, cement, lime and gypsum.
The block may be well used as both external wall (exterior wall) and internal wall (interior wall). It has been widely used for various buildings, such as villas, apartments, schools, factories, shopping mall, hospitals, etc... We have been exporting the blocks to many foreign countrie for some years with good reputation.
Process flow(1) raw materials: sand, cement, fly ash, slag, gypsum, shale, most of industrial waste can be used as block raw materials, which improves a lot on environment.(2), Measuring, batching and casting sectionSlurry, cement agents, gypsum and aluminum go into high-speed stirring mixer after automatic measuring respectively, and then bubbles inside green body will be sorted out by vibration rods. The whole system is full-automatically controlled by PLC to guarantee the high efficiency and precision of procedure running.(3)Static curing and CuttingStable and still curing can avoid damage to internal structure when the gas is and expanding inside the green block.
