All unfinished oak herringbone engineered floors comes with what is called a double end-groove, means the planks have a groove on both ends instead of having a groove on one end, and a tongue on the other to fit fishbone pattern installation.You could also select the plank by premier , selected or common grade to decide which degree of wood feartures on surface.
