Product Description
pvc profile machine ( window frame, door frame, skirting profile,trunking profiles )
The conical twin-screw extruder is mainly used for making window frame, door frame, skirting profile,trunking profiles,ect.
Normal PVC profile making line is composed by extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, hual-off
and cutter, stacker. With different mould, pvc ceiling making machine can produce PVC products with different shapes.
Features:
1.The screw adopts oil-cooling way, and the barrel is cooled by special air- cooling system.
2. Good and uniform plasticization, high output, wide applications, stable characters.
3.Special designed reduction box and distribution box,strengthened thrust bearing, big transmission torque, long-life.
4.PLC/PC automatic control adopted by electrical cabinet, temperature controller used by convention equipment.
5.Imported elements, equipped with alarm function, simple operation, easy maintenance,etc.
